These are challenging times!
On Monday, March 23rd, Governor Charlie Baker ordered all non-essential businesses and organizations to close by Tuesday at noon for at least two weeks. Although this is not an official shelter-in-place or stay-at-home order, the Department of Public Health advised all residents to stay home as the number of coronavirus cases continue to rise. (Inhale... Exhale...)
What about real estate-related businesses? Are those businesses considered essential? Well, that's up for debate.
