HOME STAGING CONSULTATION
$250 / e-stage $200
A Home Staging consult entails a walk-through of the entire property with the seller. You will receive a home staging report that breaks down our suggestions room-by-room so you can complete the staging process and list your home by your goal date.
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING*
Still living in your current home? No problem! We will work with your current pieces, as well as some of our own, to maximize your home’s layout and highlight its best features. This can range from a few rooms to your entire home. (Occupied Home projects start at $1500)
*Due to COVID-19, our new policy requires that all persons vacate the premises during install.
VACANT HOME STAGING

WHITE GLOVE - $1300. Includes paint color selections, fixture and hardware selections, tile or flooring selections, and front door planter + accessory selections.
